Bloom Studios is a 2nd floor 700-square-foot studio space that offers a vintage aesthetic with wooden floors, white walls, & large windows facing south & southeast. There is substantial natural light in the space during daytime hours.

8x5 foot mirror dresser available for use.
Full size bathroom with natural lighting is available for productions.
South facing balcony space is connected to the studio and available for use & productions.
Studio space is equipped with lighting, backdrops, & accessories included at no additional charge.
There is plenty of free street parking available in front of the property.

Kitchen, white room available upon request.

Space is not soundproof Ambient noise description We're close to the heart of downtown and on a fairly busy street and can hear outside traffic.

Space Access

Crew access Stairs Equipment loading description Equipment can be brought into the studio up the front steps into the space. Staging area is available There is a vanity mirror and photo op set up right outside the entrance to the studio. There is a large bathroom area inside the studio that is only accessible to clients who've booked the space. There are two lounge areas on the balconies in front and in the back of the facility. Some rooms are off-limits for shooting Downstairs inside Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Host Rules

General Rules No smoking, drugs, weapons, or open fires are permitted in the building. Please do not enter the building prior to your scheduled session time. Please leave the studio space as you found it. Glitter, smoke bombs, and fireworks are not allowed. Please alert us to any animals that you will be bringing into the studio. All ages are allowed in the space Furniture and decorations may be moved Furniture inside the studio space can be moved. Wall decorations can be moved/rearranged. Please return the studio to the condition you found it in before leaving. No smoke machines allowed Nudity is allowed
